Final update:
Did alignment today. No problems, brought in some camber to save wear on tires but still negative enough to help handling. After that, I've done about 30 miles with mix city and interstate driving. Handling is amazing and I got exactly what I expected. Other than repairs I really have no other plans to upgrade X5.
