Ok, I refreshed the thread and saw the pics you posted.

So the bottom edge definitely should not stick out like that. Did you cut away enough of the interior plastic bracket allowing enough recession of the head unit? I've seen some installs where the unit sits back much better and the owner said it gave a snug fit.

The unit does look sharp, though! I like the fact that the lighting matches and I'm with you on having an option to remove the Eonon logo on the front.

*UPDATE* I found a link on how to remove the ink from plastics. I imagine the process would be the same, so no need to saturate the unit like the video shows and instead just put the nail polish remover (with acetone) on a rag and just rub. I've watched several videos on it in the last few minutes and the process seems simple and doesn't leave any residue or alter the finish of the plastic.
