Inspection II service...nooooo!!!

Hey guys, well this had to probably happen the worst time as far as monetary issues go. About a week ago is when i completed my sound system upgrade as many of you know...JL audio sub, eclipse speakers, 2 amps in their respective compartments in the back trunk area...well that cost me quite a bit of money as you guys can figure it out. Now to get to the point...last saturday i was having problems with my key/door locks, which was going on for awhile(2 weeks), so i went in to my local BMW dealer, Difeo BMW of Tenafly, NJ...and i proceeded to the service consultant...and asked him kindly and calmly if he would come out with me for a quick two minutes just to see what i was talkin about...he refused saying that he couldnt and all the other bull, so i left, holding in all my anger, idk how(LOL) but i did...the problem was that my key would lock the doors sometimes and unlock it sometimes aswell, and when i tried manually the door locks forced the door key back to the left and wouldnt let me unlock the doors until about the 10th time trying...so fast foward to last monday...i changed for work and had to my pants inside my car, so i threw them in the backseat, with my keys in my pant pocket and proceeded to close the door and enter the driver side door, and as soon as i closed the left side door, the doors locked, with my keys in there...so after trying to slim jim it bla bla bla, it ended up gettin towed to my dealership, difeo, and i then had to order a new key and so on, which didnt really work either...so they are now servicing the door actuators which i think are broken, and i needed my car serviced as i had 1 yellow and 1 red light and the word inspection in my odometer cluster...this is probably costing roughly $800-$950 according to the dealer, this is where my first question comes, is this the right costs for the Service Maintenence/Inspection II? and what does the service inspection II really entail besides the oil change/filters, fluids, etc., and how do i check if they really have done the work after everything is completed....Guys if you have read up to this point, i thank you very much for getting interested in my situation/story and taking your time to help me out...thanks in advnace for any questions and comments....p.s. im only an 18 yr old college student, idk how i am affording this stuff, hopefuly my dad understands that...but he says you wanted a beamer, now, afford the beamer.....
