Bumpy and harsh ride

Guys,

Within the past two months, I've noticed that the vehicle has been riding very harsh, a bit bouncy, and I really feel every little bump in the road. I not to long ago purchased the vehicle back in May, and at that point the ride was smooth and complainant, such is not the case now. The tire pressure is within spec from what is listed in the door jam.

The vehicle is a non sport 2006 3.0 with only 46k. At that low mileage, I would assume the suspension should not be shot already.

The vehicle has stock 17's rims with with Conti tires.

Any thoughts on what could be catalyst? Should I try to lower the tire pressure to see if that would make a difference? I believe I'm running 32 upfront and 34 on rears.

Ricky Bobby will become famous soon enough
Tire pressure is fine - its not about miles but age of components - everything is 10 years old and 10 years on NYC roads are different than 10 years on Texas roads -

I'd say have the entire front/rear suspension inspected for worn items

Thanks for your input. Your assessment is correct. I will definitely have the suspension looked into.

I have an '03 with 61k miles, and all my $hit is starting to go bad.

It is age and not mileage with these cars, as I am learning the hard way.

There are shocks that could be leaking, I'm not talking about the air bags. The regular shocks in addition to the airbags.
