video of my setting clock/mid issue

Just can't figure this one out, I feel like it's the unit itself but not sure how to diagnose it. None of the menu items (speed limit, stopwatch etc.) can be set along with the clock, radio & audio settings work though.

Also pretty sure this is the MID that came brand new, it's been mentioned that it might have been swapped out with one that wasn't compatible. Most recent memory of it working is a couple years. Also some pixels are broke maybe that's a hint? video & picture

Based on your build sheet you DO have the correct MID installed. What happens if you press the clock button multiple times in a row? Have you tried pressing the BC button to get the consumption info up on the MID then tried the clock button to see if it will let you in then?

It looks to be "stuck" in Audio mode - is the Audio button jammed down with something?

As bhennrich asked, can you switch to BC mode and view trip info. etc. or is that not working also?

It doesn't help you repair yours but here's what setting the clock should look like, along with a few other functions.

I'm pretty sure the same but I'll try it out. The BC works fine, all the options show up, just can't set anything.

Audio button works, I can change all the options there no problem.

Yea I've already done it but it's literally been years so I'm not sure when/how it happened. Unfortunately I can't ask my grandfather either but he did have to get the key/computer reset this year since none of the functions worked.

Most likely someone broke the clock button on the MID. The little contact/switch on the board could be broken.
