2003 X5 3.0i misfire

Hi folks I have an annoying misfire on a 2003 3.0i X5 with management light on
For a while it was ok only happening now and then now it's every time I start
It all started when I filled up with unleaded with added ethanol almost instantly
It started misfiring and sputtering only gotten
Worse since then the car has lpg fitted but even with the lpg disabled it's still
The same........
Generic Error codes are cyl 1 bank 1 lambda sensor ......I presume not the problem just the reaction.....

Cyl 1 misfire with fuel shutoff........

Then more recently the above plus

Cyl 5 misfire with fuel shutoff.......

I put a new coil pack in cyl 1 which solved the problem for a few weeks
Changed all the plugs
Now it's worse constantly misfiring

Gonna get it scanned with rheingold this week

Any ideas folks would be great help
