Well it gets weirder. First, egg on face, fuse listing is in glove box but I can't read them anyway they are so small!

I could have sworn that when the lights are on the side door lights were on but now I am not sure. Either way both sides flash with the locks and light up when the turn signal is on.

The driver front headlight turn signal bulb is blown. From what I see it is a pita to change out. Also, since the PDC has been fixed the cruise control does not turn off, the power light on the dash stays on except occasionally it will go off at random. Also have noticed that the radio stations my son had preprogrammed and sounded fine now are tuned in noisy as if the signal, was weak. Very strange.

Now for the somewhat good news. I pulled all five fuses for the outside mirror, thank, you again for the list, and they were fine. Upon restarting the car and going into reverse the mirror now turns down. Hurray.

Don't know what the other gremlins are but we will figure the out. Searched here and found the video on pulling the headlight so I will see if I have the 8mm socket. I knows don't have the extensions but I can buy them and the socket and it will,be far less than paying labor to do it. Very poor design if you ask me but let's call,it over engineered.

The one thing that really does bother me is that I am not sure if the side lights were always on when the lights were on or it. Bugs the heck out of me!

Thanks again for the help.

The small lights on the side of the vehicle...between the front wheels and front doors...illuminate when you use the turn signals or hazard lights...and will also illuminate if you have the "visual" alert set for remote lock/unlocking.

Thank you for clearing this up. I was willing to bet that they were on all the time when the lights were on but apparently not. Sanity restored albeit somewhat temporarily.
