Question Inexpensive BT adapter
Anyone tried one of these? Seems to good to be true.

For BMW E39 E46 E38 E53 X5 Bluetooth module radio stereo Aux cable adaptor 20 Cm | eBay

Yeah, I know that when things seem too good to be true, they usually don't pan out too well, but for ~$25 it seems worth a punt.
