Help finding oil leak

My 2002 X5 4.4 had a massive leak from the upper timing covers and valve covers. Replaced them, double checked and no triple checked.

Still have an oil leak somewhere on the right side of the engine only. The oil come out from the weirdest spot (check the pic.)

Any ideas?

HAPPY THANKSGIVING.

No way to know source by exit point. Suggest that you clean the engine and then trace the leak from the exit point toward the top of the engine.

There is a possibility that the leaking happens only when driving! Yes...you have to clean the engine completelly there...and then leave it...if nothing happens..then drive it! On clean surface you have to see leaking point!

You have got to pressure wash the engine and underbelly of the engine first or at least clean it up with some brake cleaner. Once you have it clean then you can monitor for the leak.
