P4901+ 2

Hey guys,
So recently, I've been looking extensively on the p4901 and p4902 errors codes. I understand what they mean and how the secondary air pump works. I get that it turns on for about only a minute or so after cold start.
So I got these two codes and read that i could do a few things; Replace the pump, replace the valve or replace the hoses.

I took the engine covers off and ran my fingers through the whole line from the vavle (the silver thing) all the way to the back of the engine and noticed no holes or leaks.

I tested the valve, I took the hose connecting from pump to valve off to check if there was air coming from the valve and on a cold start I checked it. And I felt the air.

Then I decided to replace the secondary air pump itself. I replaced it myself, took a bit of work, but i got it done. After a couple of days, the light came back on. Cleared it and it came back on.

Any tips on what I could do here?

Thanks

Replace the valve for sure even it isn't the problem, if it's letting exhaust back it will ruin your new air pump. You have the older system that has the vacuum controlled check valve so make sure that the vacuum circuit is working as well. Replace the secondary maf sensor on the inlet side of the air pump by the filter.
