Question on Self Leveling Inactive message

Hi,

I have a 02 X5 3L with rear only air suspension.
Few days ago, passenger side rear started to loose air over night.
In the morning, I could see the car was sagging on rear right, and when I start up the car, air pump would prime and the car becomes level again.
But yesterday, "Self Leveling Inactive" message popped up and the air pump wouldn't prime anymore and the message doesn't go away.
During weekdays, I didn't have any time so I had to wait until today to replace the problem air suspension.

So today, I picked up used right rear air suspension and replaced it.
Now the question is, how do I kick air pump to prime again? Seems like the system is faulted and became off-line.

This is what I have done so far.

1. with BMW Scanner, tried to scan the car with fault code. I couldn't connect to EHC module for some reason. Where should the "Self Leveling Inactive" fault code should be stored under???

2. Tried with DIS. Same as BMW Scanner, it cannot connect to EHC module.

Am I missing something? How can I clean the error? under what module?

Thanks,
Simon
