Fog Up Question
Getting the odd Monsoon up here in Vancouver and my windshield keeps fogging up...seems to be primarily on the drivers side. Obviously I can get this to go away in a hurry by putting the defrost on and/or cracking the window a bit... I was wondering if anyone knows of another solution that won't entail me getting wet while suffering heat stroke from the seemingly supercharged defrost system these X's have.
Is there some kind of spray for the glass or anything like that? Thanks for any thoughts... |

If it is fogging primarily on your side, it must be you! LOL
You can direct air to the winshield without having to use the kill feature aka defroster. Up arrow on the climate controls will blow windshield air at whatever temp/speed you choose. I find splitting the air between up and dash keeps me pretty fog free in the rain. |

Press the snowflake button - that will dry the air out. You'll be amazed at how well it works - at any temp you have it set to.

I like this idea as well. If I were to use a spray I would prefer some gold old vinegar as opposed to a plethora of chemicals. Thanks! |
