Has the car been in an accident?
Are you sure the wheel bolts are tight?
Are you sure there is no movement or play in the front end?
Have you replaced any ball joints or bushes in the front?

I had my front ARB droplinks installed. Well I did them, but I was in a rush and didn't pay attention when I was installing nearside (lhs) drop link so it ended up going in upside down. How?! You are all thinking? It took some fighting but i GOT it in there. TIGHTENED everything up then dropped the car off the jacks.

What did I do wrong apart from install the ARB droplink upside down? Tightening everything when it wasn't under load was a mistake. Ended up switching them out for new ones again and this time, I installed then tightened under load.

Made the world of difference as the car was not steering straight as one of the ARBs was throwing the left wheel out and the tightened position was off which meant the car wanted to go left 15 degrees all the time and vibration. Annoying!

Also the top bushes in the strut, very rarely causing vibration but if you have a 13 year old motor the rubber in that bush is going to be pretty angry.

Just my two pence... hope it might help.

If the wheels are balanced, tires Ok, alignment done and brakes are new the all I can think of is the suspension and top bushings. Maybe even stabilizer rods?
