Are 4.6is and 4.8is door panels the same?
I have a 2004 4.8is and want to replace my front passenger side with a nicer one. Ebay has a 4.6is black door panel but I'm not sure if they're the same. Anyone know for sure? They look similar to me but I don't want to throw away my money.

Good day!

I pulled up my 4.6is and any 4.8is in Realoem for comparison... Door shell is the same part number and the part numbers for identical door panels have the same part number on both vehicles... I would think they are the same for fitment...

The inserts are your only concern. Fitment should be fine. As long as the type of leather matches- and if thats important to you- you should be good.
