Hard shift (feel and hear a dump) when shifting cold.

This is the 2nd time I notice this. When the X5 is cold (warm up for less than 2min, temperature gauge at 1/4 where 1/2 is normal running temperature) . When I have not driven it in a week.

I notice and feel a dump when then the gear get out of 1st going into 2nd. This happens when I use very little gas trying to maintain 10-15 mph.

When the dump happens I back off the gas.
