rear ended someone (lightly) and parking sensors not working now
so must be my bump either broke a sensor or cable, can the cabling be got too easily.....would they all go stop working if one went wrong? I did the check to see which ones clicked and low and behold one of the front ones does not click and it is loose in the bumper alas....can this simply be pried out without taking the whole bumper off and replaced? bit odd that if one is sensor has gone the whole system is stuffed

It looks like if one sensor is damaged the whole system doesn't work. You may well have damaged one. There's a method in the thread I linked to check which sensors aren't working. Good luck! |
