AC Electrical Issue

I have a 2003 X5 3.0 and have a problem with electric current to AC Compressor clutch. I hot wired AC clutch and it engages. I checked both fuses for the AC in the glove box and they are good (Double Checked them) The AC compressor is new and the Drier has also been replaced. AC is charged. Not getting any current to the AC Clutch or to the AC Electric fan in front of Radiator. I looked at Bentley Manual and it does not have trouble shooting answer to this problem. Really could use some help from anybody who had this problem and fixed it?
