Type "BMW 2004 e53 X5 owners manual PDF" into a google search box. You should get multlple results that you can dowload direct to your CPU or other device.

Ok, are you hoping that the owner's manual has info that will help in resolving your sunroof issue? I have a physical copy and may be I can look up or take pics of relevant info you need? All it has are operational instructions.

Here is a general PM for sun roofs video from youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S2Qt3JbMGcs X5 drains are in a similar location and exit point is under the car almost directly inward from the front gap of the door.

No, I know what I need to do to fix the sunroof drains. I was needing the info for setting up the HomeLink and my manual's pages were all glued together. One of these days I'll fix the drains, but for now we know to park "nose up".

Thanks all.

Homelink set-up? Just click the following link...it will take you directly to their website for programming... HomeLink

Or follow my previous suggestion and download a PDF version of the e53 2004 owners manual...then go to page 117-119 where it explains how to program the INTEGRATED UNIVERSAL REMOTE CONTROL (Homelink).
