Anybody here with P.A Soft 1.4.0?

I just replaced steering angle sensor and followed this procedure to register new LEW:

I messed up saving my old EEPROM file and all I need (I hope) for somebody to show me their LEW EEPROM table since I'm getting wrong LWS-ID code.

I'm not sure if it has to be identical model like mine (2003 4.6is US model production 9/02) but it probably better to be as close as possible.
