DARN TRIFECTA LIGHTS AGAIN...

About three years ago I had the lights, so I replaced a new ABS module and had the steering angle sensor replaced along with a rear right abs wheel sensor. The brake system worked fine although the trifecta lights were on at start they would go away after 25 feet of driving forward.
NOW, light are back on. The mechanic didn't listen and replaced the right rear abs sensor again because he said that was the code. $200. Now, I still have the trifecta and the other day a wierd thing happened. The X had been sitting all day in 85 degree weather. I started it up, drove about 200 yards , applied the brakes to stop and they went into ABS pumping mode and barely stopped the car. Going about 20 mph. Lights were still on.
Thing is , lights don't always come at start, they come on after 100 feet or so. They once went out after baking up 25 -30 feet.
SO, brakes are working fine. THey do lock up on emergency stop.
WHAT AM I MISSING? DON'T WANT TO KEEP THROWING PARTS AT IT.
It's an 01, 3.0 auto with 226K miles.
