3.0i headers

Hi friend , i want to install a set of headers in my x5 just for a nice sound, can i use a m50 or m52 headers? i dont found one in ebay for my x5. If you can send me a link from ebay with the ones that work for my X, thanks a lot

Look for 330i M54 headers.

They will fit at the cylinder head but will have to be modified to connect to the rest of the exhaust system.

Since you'd already be requiring modifications to connect to the rest of your exhaust, you can also look at M52 and M52TU headers. They will all require similar types of modifications.

Reading the threads here of guys who put them on, they usually fit ok on the head side but the other side is short and will need to be extended to connect to the rest of the exhaust.

Raul, I would check the E46 forums to see from which ebay vendors the E46 330i guys are getting their headers from. They know which vendors sell headers that fit the best. Try e46fanatics.com.

I think the E46 330 headers for M54 need to be used as they have dual o2 ports -

Yes on those headers you will need a small 1-2" section welded on to mate up to your stock midpipe
