Pusher fannin front of radiator

Do all x5 have pusher fans? Mine does not. & AC not charged. This means no cooling other than ambient air movement. Can melt down in hot weather. I am not driveing it. Tryn to get ac compressor replaced without have to give up first born. Kindney. Arm and leg. Freon already gone. Have lots of pieces off of x already. Has any1 done this? Cant find and info on the 4.4 compressor removal. Are they supposed to have a clutck fan on waterpump? Like the 540?

Pusher fan was on the M62 engines of the X5. N62 does not have one which from yur signature appears to be the generation of engine in your signature.

yes i have N62. but this sucker runs hot. hooked up the torque program thru android BT connection. 208-214 thermostat opens and closes. does the puller ac fan take up the slack for the absent pusher? my ac compressor is out. Hing this week tout a new one in and charge. fan is not cycling at all. Ambient here has been low 80,s to mid 60's at night.

The N62 was not designed with aux fan like the pre-lift X5 V8. It was designed to run and operate with just one fan system. Doing a little research on the N62 engine it appears that your temperatures are normal and not running hot at all. N62 : 101-103C which is 213.8-217 F. So your 208-214 I assume is in degrees F and is normal.
