I made my own. Breaker bar, socket and a pipe. Calculate the length you would need to apply your entire body weight and press there.

I did the REAR bearing in my 1998 528i E39 6 years ago, I used the Volvo procedure, which is: 120 Nm, then turn another 60 degrees.

I first used this procedure on my '76 2002 back in about 1986. Needed 320lb/ft on the rear axle nuts. Worked a treat. I was only 170lb myself then - I'd need a much shorter bar now...

This is a good option. Another one is to use a torque multiplier along with your biggest torque wrench.

I bought a 3/4" torque wrench and socket set at Harbor Freight. Works great!
