Best access to 4.6 oil connection flange?

Best access to 4.6 oil connection flange?

So the X5 started spotting on the driveway which prompted me to get it on the lift today to find what appears to be an oil leak from the front left of the motor above the PS pump. I am assuming either the o-rings on the inlet & outlet lines are leaking or the ones from the block/flange are leaking. VCs have been done in the last 5 - 6K so ruling them out at the moment.

What is the best path access the flange and is there a DIY or write up out there that I am not seeing in my search? Any suggestions appreciated.
