Seat base removal

So how do you get the seat base off the frame?

As others have done before, I want to swap the drivers and passengers seat bases/cushions over.

The seats are out of the car, I have controls off etc, but can't work out how to actually separate the base from the frame.

I removed a couple of screws near the front, but the seat base then is still attached by the pivot points, which look they can't be released - so this obviously isn't right.

I've searched here and people say they have done it and it is easy, but I can't find any photos of what to actually do and can't seem to work it out.

Lots of stuff on google, E46s etc, seat removal, recovering the cushion, but still can't find anything concrete on how to remove the seat bases from the frames.
