Thanks for the info Scott. I checked the VIN and there are no outstanding recalls for our X. I cleared the fault codes and the A/C compressor came on for about 30 seconds, but once the E-Fan 00007D appears, the A/C shuts down. So, you're right, no fan, no A/C. Once we get the fan replaced, all should be fine. I'm glad to know the A/C compressor is still A-OK.
