Here's a silly question:

Have you turned the dials on the center vents to the 'Red' from 'Blue' so that warm ambient air will flow?

Since you've only had the thing in the Summer months and haven't had one before, I figured its at least a place to start.

I am only too happy to report my ignorance was responsible for the lack of heat! Thanks for suggesting the obvious!

As an incidental benefit, I learned how to access the hidden menu, nice to be able to do this!

Now I can return to the existing punch list of CCV, rear license lamp problems, replacing window clips, fixing washer leak......
