Trailer hitch for an X5 $100

Found this if anyone needs one. I might even like to have it but I'm hurting so bad from working on vehicles I don't think I could survive the 200 mile round trip to get it.

Interesting looking hitch. Never seen one like it. It swivels I think.

I've never seen an oem one. Does it have a 2" ball? Is it a bolt on install?
