Sources for OEM Fire Extinguisher?

I'm looking for the BMW OEM Fire Extinguisher that mounts under the drivers seat for out cars. They are hard to come by and prices are hitting upwards up $300 on fleaBay. Does anyone know of alternative sources for finding these? Luckily I had bought one for the E46 back in 2004 and still have it in that car but I want to add one to the X.

TerminatorX found his overseas and I have also been hitting eBay UK but there is trouble shipping from there.
