Just an intro

Hello, I'm Ian and I purchased a 2006 4.8is back in October. I've replaced the valve stem seals and spent more time wrenching on this than any other vehicle I've owned since I was seventeen. However, I really do love it. I only have the subframe bushings, rear ball joints, A arm bushings, guide links and integral links left before I have replaced every suspension piece under this truck. I look forward to gaining more knowledge from this forum. Here's how it sits right now:

Also how it sounds(ignore my wife):

Nice truck. I still have VSS to do on mine. That exhaust sounds superb! Which X-pipe did you do?

I just recently did an exhaust setup myself but in a different manner. Need to get some drive by's of it. Wonder if I can get the wife on camera duty and get her to skip the commentary?

I actually just grabbed one off of amazon, Lawson was the company I believe. That video was taken right after I got back from the exhaust shop, it has since gotten much nastier sounding.

Apparently photobucket doesn't host photos anymore unless you pay for it, that's news to me.

Says site can not be reached, Oh well. I'll try again later. It's big, black and has a German flag decal on the front quarter panel.

I see your image just fine. Nice truck.

You have to add the browser extension to whichever browser you use that will circumvent photobuckets attempt at blocking third party hosting.
