rubber clamps on the intake boots how did they do it?
I was replacing my disa valve the other day and since it's my 3rd time to remove it I'll just go ahead and check/clean the IAC valve and throttle body. 2 things that strike me most.. the rubber clamps screw heads are all pointing down and was asking myself if the guys who did it before were using some kind of tool to tighten them. I was able to slip a small box wrench on the IAC clamp and loosen it slowly but for the throttle intake I have to get a long screwdriver and access it down under (what a PITA) I re-installed them all facing up and easily accessible.

From under! Before engine installed.
Cut the boot in half if you are replacing you can get a small ratchet on with the boot removed. My replacement was too crappy to install: the moron "cloners" cloned the bumps on the outside of the small hose but it wasn't actually corrugated. I had to super-glue the cut in pieces part back together which worked fine until my OEM part arrived. You could use an open end wrench and a lot of patience. You only need to loosen enough to rotate to a better position. You do have to loosen that clamp basically off to remove the boot. If reusing the part have super glue handy in case of splits in the old hose.
