I'm certain that the fuse box is the problem. The pump spins (tested it with a 9v battery). The ground is also fine. I've double-checked everything that i'm not getting any juice from the fusebox while the relay is delivering.

Sorry for my absence.

I got her running again. The fusebox was in working condition, but neither the relay or the pump was. I suppose my multimeter was not that reliable when i was measuring the currency at the fuel pump. But anyway; the fuel pump was running from time to time, and i tried to crank it by hand, and it had seen better days. The relay was also partially working, it clicked and was conductive, but it was not working great under load.

I suppose the pump bearing started to go sideways wich in turn made the relays "burned" when the pump required more amps. But i dont know.

Anyways. Thanks for the help and advices.
