I've never personally witnessed a pump relay failure. If the pump's not spinning my bet is on the actual pump.

Measure voltage going into the pump. If 12ish pump is shot.

You should check the o-ring on the siphon jet at the same time since the failure is visible it doesn't need to be running.

Wondering how you got to the parking lot with zero psi fuel
Made some progress today; nothing wrong with the siphon sealings, the fuel pump is in order, the relay is clicking and there is current right after the relay in the socket, but there is no juice at the pump. So i measured the resistance in the positive cable but it was fine. So then i found out there is no juice on the connector on the fuse box....

I'll dismantle the fuse box tomorrow when i have some spare time.
