Still no hitch but had an experience

Answer an add for a guy parting an x5 so I contacted. He said headlights, tailights and hitch setup is all there. We make a deal. I drive an hour and a half to get the stuff which I have to pull off as part of the deal.

The x5 is sitting in the lawn with a mud river running under the back of it so I decided to start at headlights and taillights. Get those done, pull the rear bumper realize it’s a curt hitch and no wiring whatsoever. The hitch wasn’t even installed right. Lol. So I call him because he wasn’t there (I had permission to be there). He then raises the price on the headlights and tailights and I said you had others interested in then so at least they’re out for you. I walked over by the bumper cover because I was putting it back together and just had to put bumper cover back on. He starts screaming f* you you piece of s*. Get the f* out of my yard. Then he says look what you did to my car you f* a*hole. I told him I’d replace everything the way it was and he continues. I wrap up all my tools and load up my truck and he’s still screaming. I drive past him in his work truck and he is still swearing. Half expected him to follow me out of town.

LOL. I would probably have dotted his eye with the T55 torx socket...

On the contrary. I hope he is an Xoutpost member. So he can be made to feel like the piece of garbage that he is.
