So...
Holes 1,2,3,5 and 6 come up to about 120 on the first stroke, then 10-20/stroke until max (around 8 strokes). Hole 4 starts at 40 on the first stroke, then comes up 10-20 per stroke. Multiple tests showed a steady rise in max number. Plug 4 is wet. Not sure if it's oil or coolant. Sample is too small to tell but I'll try fire (if it burns it's oil).

CEL / MIL / SES will come on for myriad reasons that won't trip emissions but many of the codes are related to inefficient burn.
The fan (Electric especially) is non-essential in that the car will cool without it and will really only require it when the car is not moving and running the AC. The clutch fan will usually keep the car cool even when moving in slow traffic unless the ambient is very hot
