Need Door Panels Who has them?

Hi

I have a 2006 X5 with the brown interior. Both the front door panels need replacing but I can not find any place online that has them.
I had found a set 6+ months ago but I can not find it again.
They are black with the brown inserts.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I assume you have your car's build list to be 100% sure of the color (and material - you don't mention if you have leather or possibly something else).

https://www.bmwvin.com will help you get the build list, there are plenty of other site.

Realoem.com can help for BMW part numbers as well - its the official BMW ETK (dealer electronic parts catalog)

If you are in the US, Ebay.com is your friend. If you are in Europe, ebay.de (you need to have knowledge of German) or Ebay.co.uk (in English). Why - used is the way to go vs. new price (unless you find clearance prices, which may also be on ebay.com in the US).

Wow thanks for the unhelpful.
No wonder I do not use this board.

Confused by your reply, he gave you some good information. Did you know there is more than one "brown" interior? You can find out exactly what you need by using a VIN decoder. There are several online. Once you have that you'll know which you have. As stated there are plenty for sale on ebay, and occasionally you'll find someone parting out an X5 in the local or classifieds section of the forum.

Maybe because it was condescending answer.

I need a us recycler since Bavarian Auto Recycling in Georgia is now gone.
eBay is a joke
Local yards let the panels get destroyed.

No one has actually gotten used parts from a dealer?

It was in fact, a very helpful and informative answer. Exactly the kind of helpful reply we'd hope for members here to appreciate. It was in fact so thorough a reply that it's difficult to add anything more to it.

Good luck in your search.

Brown (depending on interpretation) could be "Dakota", but the build list will confirm color, then you can (for reference) go here (you don't state the engine type or market - I used US market and took a 4.4 L (should make a difference)).

https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=51_3820

Having done a full interior swap (I had cloth manual seats and installed a full leather interior, with the door cars, the donor front seats were heated, sport seats) - I would additionally recommend that you proactively replace the window to regulator plastic clips that become brittle when you swap your door cards. Two per front door, one per rear door. Cost is $1-2 each at a dealer, buy genuine.

If you want to treat yourself, Dynamat in the doors as well.
If you REALLY want to do so - follow my posts on speaker upgrades.
