Exclamation 2004 X5 E53 ac not cooling

Hello all

This is my first time posting, I hope someone can help me or if the case was already posted please let me know where I can find it.

My A/C is not cooling, blower is working, ac gas was recharged, ac compresor is engaging when the A/C button is ON, even in high speed at highway the AC still not cooling.
I have notice the Aux Fan is not working at all, checked the volts at the cables going to the Aux Fan, I see 3 cables (ground, positive and control cable). Ground-positive is 12v, Control-Positive is 12V, Ground-Control is 0v. I know control cable provide a 160Hz square signal to Aux fan to be stable to start. (I couldnt confirm this, but voltage is there)

Is there anything else I can check to confirm the Aux Fan is damaged?

Thanks

If the compressor is engaged when you turn on the AC, could be the compressor is bad. Especially if you have a Calsonic Kansei variable displacement compressor.
