Yikes! get the battery problem fixed first and go from there. You can't diagnose anything if battery is going dead and you are boosting to start.

Battery is holding a charge, not sure how old it is! I think it died because I had the key on and the blower motor run for about an hour while trying to clear codes and erase the air system warning light because I deleted my rear air springs!

So I changed my battery and now at the battery I’m getting 12.4v off and 13.7 running? ?? I’m pretty sure last week when I checked I was getting 14-14.2 running with the old battery last week! Another thing I noticed is that my clock was wrong today before I changed the battery ???

That's good, voltage will go up more slowly on a good battery. If charging voltage goes up quickly and slightly higher it is a pretty good sign that battery is not good. Set the clock, drive for a couple of days to make sure all is good with battery/charging system, check/clear codes and go from there.
