Retro Fit Xenon Depo Headlight in Halogen

My eyes ache from the research on this topic these past couple weeks. I have the software to code the headlights but I am baffled with how much the cost difference is between Stock Xenon and Halogen DEPO headlights are.

I am looking for specific LED AE's already in (Not CCFL) and I don't want to break the seal, it's no fun like it is on the E46's..

I personally do not see a difference in the Stock Xenon DEPO Model verses the Stock Halogen Model.

The $299 headlight option is what i ordered, there are 6 T10 bulbs for each angel eye ring. Give me a break, that's a lot of maintenance to change out. Here are those headlights.. just returned them..

So what happens if I buy these

Will they actually plug in my stock halogen model vehicle?
Sorry if these questions are dumb.. trying to understand the difference.
These look like normal projector headlights.

My X5 is an 02 3.0 w/ Stock Halogens

Thanks in advance..
Trent

Should be pretty much PNP
The only based on all the pics I’ve seen is just the rear cap on the back which should hopefully just transfer over ?

I'm being told that I would have to recode the LCM since the headlights would be made for a stock Xenon car. My OEM halogens do not have a back plate on them. I'm not understanding why both products would have such a significant difference in price!

Also the bulbs and ballast that will come with it may bring an error on my Dash?

Those are projector headlights that will fit a halogen model car. The only reason I returned them is because the angel eyes are absolutely junk and I do not want to do surgery on the headlights. I figured I might as well spend a little extra money and buy the cheaper Xenon Depo I just want to make sure that they fit and that I can make them work

Sorry.
I literally away a box of OE heads with the bulbs, ballast on them

Not exactly a turn key solution on the one you linked. The ones you speak, will need bulbs, ballast, ignitors....

I have HID Depos in what was a halogen vehicle. I replaced the halogen with HID OE lights right after we bought it. Then I upgraded to Depo a few years ago. It was pretty much plug and play. Find OE ballasts that come with the wires, sealing rubber bellows and the connector for the HID bulb. The Depos came with bulbs and everything works great. Either program away the error codes or fit resistor/relay boxes. I made my own.

So you are saying that I could order the Depo headlights originally made for the stock Xenon model. Plug-and-play and simply code the error off my Dash or why are my own resistor? And I should have no other issues?

I was reading that the high beam will not turn on Etc if it is not hooked up to the right vehicle

To clarify. The heads being sold if for a assumed replacement of a car with Xenons

It does not come with the following at bare minimum, in which you need in total -

D2S Xenon Bulb, Ignitor and Ballast

Correct, but the same headlights they are selling for my car are coming with the ballast, bulb, and a ignitor. What I'm trying to figure out is how they fit my car when there is supposed to fit a stock Xenon car. So I'm trying to figure out how I can retrofit Xenon headlights to my car
