No, I´m not the first owner. I bought it with 210k km. Should be 130k miles.
The IS is quite rare, yes. I own it for 2 or 3 years and I have seen maybe 3 of it. The gas price here is 1,5€/L-->6,4$/per gallone. Maybe that´s a reason why  Already repaired was the valve steams with all gasket which came off to the job, Gasket at the Alternator, Xdrive, Front bearings at the wheels, their driveshafts, Air compressor, air struts, brakes complete front and rear.
