Finally fixed my door handle, install was pretty straightforward. Searched a video on YouTube there are many. The only problem I had was the eBay parts cable was longer then stock and I had to switch them over. Check your parts be for installation.

Another "Door Won't Open" Thread

Wrong length means rear vs front.

If you can swap the cable and that's the only difference that's a very thing. I recommend keeping the cable from the oe part anyhow.

Good to know for next time the door handle breaks I will pay attention an order the correct part. I was able to swap the cables over and the door handle works now.

That's actually a good thing for the forum that you did that. I've wondered if the metal part was compatible in case you had front v. back. Do you still have the broken part? It's usually repairable

No I Throw it away, replacement part was cheap enough. Roughly $25
