Excellent DIY video. To ensure it won't ever leak again in a long time, I went the extra step to apply a thin layer of sealant between the engine block and the pump after the o-ring.

That's what I did when I change the timing cover, but I did not change the o-ring at the time. That's why there is sealant material on the pump.

What are the simptoms of a failing secondary air pump - is this this an emissions issue (or was it leaking oil?!).
