Here's the PN for the left front vapor/sound barrier on my 2001 3.0i:
51-48-8-402-389 I paid $43 for that a few years ago. Put it in shortly after getting the car. Original one was missing. LOL - PO did his best to self-maintain for a little bit there before bailing out. I've found them to hold up just fine, on all doors on this car. I use a utility knife to cut the butyl strip, then press to reseal when done. Never any problems or extra time needed. Maybe the not-too-cold ambient temps help???

They are very fragile but I think that is design. They are very foamy vs rubbery I am sure to reduce the sound levels.
