Recommendations please for rear LED’s

Apologies here if this has been asked. I’m after some recommendations with part numbers for the rear light/bulb replacement LEDS? Specifically I’m after the, turn, brake, fog & side lights. I want (if possible) to replace the existing bulbs with LEDS.

I’m told it can be done without a degree in lighting technology or rewiring the entire car. I’m hoping to achieve this with an ERROR FREE set up?
