E53 4.8is camshaft adjustment unit bolt removal

So, for people who done this before on a 4.8 N62, are the bolts reverse thread or normal thread counterclockwise? I heard it's the reverse thread on 4.4s. I think it's the normal thread on 4.8s just want to make sure. Thanks!

Yeah they are normal thread I took them off today with an impact gun thanks for replying.
