Looking For Brake Bleed Procedure After Line Replacement

So after replacing both my rear brake lines I've tried to locate a procedure initiated by ISTA/D for bleeding brakes but I can't find any info. I've tried vacuum and pressure bleeding but can't get the air out of these dang lines. I mean, there are no air bubbles but when I drive the car the pedal goes to the floor and it feels like I only have front brakes. Definitely not the braking power before the lines rusted.

Can anyone share the location in ISTA I need to look? Or the proper search term?

Thanks
