You can add as many columns as you wish, add macros, colors and anything else you need per car per tab. Remember it is only true info if you keep all of it up to date, otherwise it is interesting but of no real value.

I use this spread sheet PLUS a per car log book for fuel - cost/mileage, oil changes, misc repairs and time/mileage service records. Then again no one cares but my anal self..... If you have multiple drivers record keeping gets much worse. That why they call it FLEET MAINTENANCE RECORD KEEPING and then you get into having a full time staff w/ dedicated hrs to something of very little value.

^I do something very similar with excel spreadsheet and Fuellog (need to switch to Fuelly as my app is orphanware). I'm not as religious at updating so the invoices pile up on my desk. But I get around to it every month or so and update it. Sometimes I think I just don't want to see the total spend so I put it off. If you save the Excel file to google drive you have access anywhere you have an .xls viewer.

That airtable looks cool too though. Seems even the free version would easily suffice for vehicle record keeping.

I would use a purpose built app for one reason: reminders eg xx miles to brake service or oil change. Even though in principle I follow the "by the liter" interval of the computer sometimes I go past or early.

I have an app "car minder" but it apparently has a bug that you can't move your years of data to a new phone. (no cloud storage).
