BMW Car Report Summary

So I went to my local BMW dealer that I purchased my E53 from in 2004 to get a couple things looked at that I couldn't troubleshoot myself and they came back with a full report of additional items. I only decided to repair the control module and evac recharge since those were the items I was questioning to begin with. How crucial is repairing the valve cover reseal and oil filter housing gasket? I have maybe 1 small oil leak atm. I'm going do the DIY coolant flush this weekend with my uncle as well, I believe there are several posts in this forum from members doing it.

[Primary]: ELE - ELECTRICAL 160.00
Coolant Flush 199.95
Brake Flush 169.95
Valve Cover Re-seal: complete cover and 15 grommets 906.08
Oil Filter Housing Gasket: ofhg, vanos hose and 4 seal rings 729.32
Control Module - Secondary Injector: secondary air pump, non return valve and gasket 1091.34
SRS - Airbag Driver Front: drivers airbag and clock spring 1572.17
[Other]: evac and recharge a/c 254.72
