Carlos, you can set the vent system to start up and stop any any predetermined time, whether or not the car is open/closed/unoccupied/no key in ignition. So if you parked your car outside everyday in the snow, it would be nice and warm when getting back into the car before driving home.

Cheers, M

It can also be set to vent out hot air at a pre-set time. I think it goes for 20 minutes only before it shuts off due to battery drain. It can be used manually when you're getting out just for a short time and don't want the interior to heat up as much while you're gone.
