Check your connections first. Maybe you bent s pin putting it together. Look for rust in those connections as well.
Check fuses. There are multiple. I know for sure each of my windows are on a separate fuse in the front. Rears are both on one fuse. I’m not 100% sure with our cars, but computer may need to learn the motor stops. So you may want to try and press the auto up and down buttons. But off the bat, sounds like a bad motor.
